modern hotel, brand-new rooms, lovely view over the lake. comfy beds and central heating, multi-channel tv and a microwave. exceptionally nice breakfast with various food choices. favourable and excellent location close enough to scarborough bluffs and a subway station with very affordable parking and park close by which had great views over the lake, smooth check-in. also, out to the grocery store.

The location was easy to access the downtown and the Zoo as well as being right downtown Toronto.- The provided breakfast included free muffins, bananas, and sausage rounds in an electric skillet.- The units were brand-new.- The staff were very helpful, both at night and in the morning shifts.

Decent hotel, very good price/quality ratio.
Located (very) far from the Toronto city center by car (about half an hour), let alone via public transportation (forget walking!). By accident, we booked a hotelroom with smoking (didn't know they still had those..), which apparently packs an incredible stench for non-smokers. But then again, that was our fault; never forget checking the "non-smoking" tag next to hotelrooms!

Staff do not communicate in English well. Wash room ceiling in need of repair. Bathtub needs an upgrade. Room was very damp and smelled musty.

Close to marina and downtown Chinatown. Request a first floor or low-numbered 2nd floor room to avoid smoking rooms. Free breakfast, AC, microwave, fridge. Large room, but dark and dingy. Good for a quick overnight stay.

The staff were courteous and accommodating, everything was great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was cool. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs, cereal, hot waffles and toast.
